We celebrated Christmas on Hilton Head Island with Clint's Family. I have to say I did not miss the snow or the cold. (We got these cute beany caps from Clint's mom.)
Our flight out was an adventure. We feel pretty lucky that we didn't get stuck in Chicago, like a lot of people, but we did have a 4 hour layover. By the time we arrived in Savannah, GA our rental car place was going to be closed. During our flight to Savannah I was pretty worried we'd have to spend the night in the airport. Fortunately they arranged for us to pick up the car at a neighboring rental car company booth. When we went to get our luggage, our entire flights luggage went to a different city. But again, we were blessed and our luggage was delivered to us the next evening.

I didn't know you had such an adventure on the way over. I'm glad everything worked out for you. THANK YOU for the beautiful calendars! I'm so impressed you put one together from Mom's side. Wow, what an amazing accomplishment getting all those pictures. It will be something we treasure this year! LOVE YA!
